Room as good but I wanted a balcony because I’m a smoker got there and it was no smoking on the balcony! Which defeated the purpose!

I wish I would have known it was right next to the light rail literally outside my balcony and bus running through midnight and starting again at 5 am. I was hoping to get a good nights rest while traveling and sleeping in. That can’t happen for anyone here.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel My. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional — the kind of service that really sets a hotel apart. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the little details that made the space feel luxurious yet cozy. The amenities were great, everything worked perfectly, and I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. The location is another huge plus — super convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed. Whether I wanted food, shopping, or just a quiet walk, everything was within reach. Overall, Hotel My exceeded my expectations.
