Parking was easy. Room was clean. Staff receptionist was pleasant. The only disappointment we had was the difficulty in finding the property. The address on the website is not correct. It is not along W. Temple Ave. Lucky we found a police officer who gave us the correct direction. Please update the address on the website or give a correct direction to the property.

I was given an unclean room and had to switch rooms. TV reception not good. Frustrating as the World Series was on. The conference room was freezing cold even though it was warm outside.
