We booked a room with 3 queen beds. It was perfect for our group. One of the queen rooms has its own room. The owner and his wife are super friendly and very helpful. We checked in later than expected. They called us to confirm we were still going to check in. They provided extra blankets and towels. Nick gave us his business card so we could contact him if we needed anything. You could tell the property was freshly painted and updated. The only thing we felt like our room required was hooks or towel rods and a way to turn off the light sensor under the beds. Other than that, our stay was comfy and the price was fair. We had a 3 day stay and it was perfect as we went to Universal for 2 days and Porto's Bakery was also close.

Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstance! My father passed so I was unable to make the trip down but the rest of my party did. The hotel would not let them check in and then would not grant me a refund. It is so nice to see all those uncaring people think about is money. Heartless money grubbing management!

This is a motel. Some of the issues I had were on my part of not reading properly but this is not an Inn, it’s a motel. There were stains on some of the bedding and the shower. The staff was nice, beds were comfortable and there were no bugs. Average room and stay.

I liked that it was so close to Universal Studios but I did not like that there was nowhere to hang any clothing. No closet, no coat hook, nothing. There were 3 beds, 2 tvs, a mini fridge and shower. A microwave or toaster would have been nice. Overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It wasnt horrible but it could have been better. cigaratte smoke also came into our room when people were outside next door smoking and we had the air on. I realize it pulls the air in from the outside but it was overwhelming as if there was no filter. Our fridge didnt work upon arrival and they were pretty quick to replace it.

First time here hotel was very clean newly remodeled close to university and Hollywood. Staff was very nice and check in/ check out was quick and easy. Two separate rooms kids had their own bunk beds. Definitely be back.

My stay was satisfactory, hotel parking was convenient however I was charged 10$ for that upon arrival which was not stated before booking so it took my by surprise as i assumed parking was included and was not gonna get charged extra last minute. Overall room was clean, ac worked fine, the bathroom sliding door kept jamming and getting caught on the railing but it was manageable. Room was nice and neat. Quiet for the most part but there was some noise coming from the neighbors, sounded like they were definitely enjoying their stay a little too much. Overall good stay nonetheless

Newly remodeled so it was in great condition but there are motion sensor lights under the beds that turn on all during the night and can’t be turned off. No hangers for clothing. No hooks or towel racks in bathroom. No ice machine.
