Room was nice, clean and beds comfortable, staff was friendly all around. Convenient amenities stayed open late and open early. You have to have a key to access elevator. I liked that for safety. Starbucks on site with freshly made breakfast sandwiches.

Staff was so nice, helpful and welcoming. The people at the front were Justin and Daniela. They were very helpful when my husband addressed a problem, the indoor pool was very cold but they both helped with that and within a few minutes, someone was sent to check and turn on the heating system. The room was clean, spacious and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to slept due to the noise from the airport, I can truly say I haven't slept that well in years! My family and I really enjoyed our stay and God willing, we will be coming back soon.
