Location was good for restaurants and bars in DTLA. Reception area and bar is nicely appointed and our room was fine for a 3 star hotel. Bathroom not great and the overhead shower didn’t work so we had to use the microphone shower head. Breakfast very limited

I would not stay here again.

Room was at the end of the hall on the fourth floor. Lights from parking structure next door prevented the room from becoming dark after sunset. Garbage trucks at 4 am disrupted any sleep. A/C worked but was too loud to keep it on while I slept. Coffee maker did not work. No ice available at all in the hotel.

The lobby, bar abd restaurant looked modern and gave a very comfy and cozy feel. The staff was excellent and attentive. The rooms could use a facelift or trade-out of some furnishings. It was perfect that there was a parking garage with steps right next door. We left our car for a few days using it throughout the day - meaning we had the option get pur car and repark throughout the day. Very close to the metro.

The room was nice and cozy but there was no area for smoking. Only the sidewalk in front. Breakfast was very limited to orange juice , coffee, bagels, and muffins. Also they charge a $20 service fee per night. You get a deal and they charge you on the backend.

Great location, good access to sports, Transport, city walking, bars and restaurants. Room and bed was dated and small, no view. But for a one or two night stay for and event good price point. Onsite Bar was good, Breakfast basic but a morning heart starter.

Nice enough hotel, beds were just OK, not great. Continental breakfast is a joke-- just cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, apples/bananas. Then, when you check out, they charge you $20 a day for internet and breakfast.

LA vacation.

Thanks for the lovely stay! My wife and I are over 75 and received the help we needed. Somewhat disappointed in the so called free breakfast (20.00 per day service fee). No hot food, eggs, meat, sweet rolls, etc.

Hotel was very clean and cozy. The bar has good happy hour drink deals and some very good flatbreads to enjoy with your cocktails. Staff was friendly and very helpful especially with the parking situation.

Overall good stay, but lots of issues with the room causing us to switch 3 rooms, but the staff were great and offered us alternative rooms. Breakfast could have been better, but overall it was surrounded by good dining spots so no major issue there.
