The front desk was lovely and the space was clean. Some fancy features, like the shower system and the bedside table blue tooth speakers I never figured out, nor were there instructions. For being close to the street, it was a quiet night and I felt safe with the 24 hour desk open and cameras throughout. Simple and easy and a good price. I can't really complain. Brought my own blanket as the bedding is a bit sparing.

The room I was given smelled heavy cigarettes. The staff was very nice and apologetic. She gave me another room and asked to make sure it was clean and didn’t have any off scent. The bed is a bit uncomfortable. Need to be replaced with new ones.

The place is clean and spacious, the only problem that I encountered was that the smoke alarm was removed by someone previously to me, I informed management and they assured me that they were going to fix the issue. All staff was very helpful.

First of all this is not a hotel. The facility was run down, the rooms were not suites, the first room we were given was extremely dirty, there was an unknown substance resembling something from the sinus cavity on the headboard & wall of the bathroom, tub had mold & dirt was caked in the track of the closet doors, there were numerous broken items in the room & it smelled of smoke mixed with some kind cleaning spray even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. After complaining we were moved to a different room which was somewhat better, the mattress was comfortable but pillows were very flat.

Not what I expected

Just overall the room was really dirty we had to scrub the shower and the bathtub with Clorox and other household cleaning products also they were stained walls the bed was stained on top of that there was just a bunch of Filth all around the sink it looks like they didn't clean the room the shampoo and hand soap that were in the dispensers were full of mold so again I will not be coming back to this hotel they definitely need to go ahead and do a maintenance job on all the rooms if if they're dirty

They would have gotten a higher rating but we asked for late check out they came nocking on the door and we're going to enter the room. Even though we were talking through the door. Then they came nocking again to check out until we had informed them of late check out.

Got a jacuzzi sweet it was a small tube with only the shower head to fill it up. Water was not even warm.the room smell like smoke and weed. And the floor was dirty with dust, the bed sheets were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and you only get one pillow that was uncomfortable as well. I would not be coming here again. The pictures on the site are deceiving. They need to upgrade them so people actually see how it looks. And there was no phone to call for service. Very bad
