We have stayed here quite a few times and it is usual nice, but this stay was rough. Arrived at 7:40 PM and there was no front desk clerk, we were told by security she was at lunch and we would have to wait until 8 to check in. Once in, our room had a mechanical knocking sound coming from the ceiling whenever the air unit came on. I finally went down to the front desk at 4:30 a.m. to complain (I even recorded a video to show them) and was told there was no maintenance personnel on site to fix it. We were not offered a new room or credit of any type. In the morning their coffee bar was closed. Just a BAD experience all around.

We were regulars here for awhile, we decided to come stay again, and even thiught theyre going through renovations, it was a great stay, friendly staff, peace and quiet, great food.
