Carpet and walls need TLC. I would imagine that visitors will continue marking up walls with their luggage and spill on the carpet which I don’t blame the host but a paint can with a brush after the guest leave would be a quick solution so the marks on the wall don’t continue to grow. The drain to the shower was clogged and didn’t feel good standing in water ankle deep. I would stay again if I got confirmation the shower drain wasn’t clogged

Tired condo with nice location in need of an update

Nice location with views of the marina. The unit it is in desperate need of an update. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. The carpet was gross. The vibe was that of a cheap 1995 remodel. The wood laminate floors are cupping and the fixtures and cabinetry are builders grade circa 1995. Looks much better in photos than in person. We tried not to spend too much time in the unit as it gave off a dressing vibe.

Great Location

Comfortable, clean, easy check in, great parking. Delicious cafe 2 min walk. Miles of running/walking pathways along the marinas. Had a perfect vacation vacation.

NOT THE CONDO WE GOT-NIGHTMARE

This was an absolute nightmare. We get to the condo and was NOT what was on the pictures. It was dirty, poorly maintained, stained carpets, clogged shower, blinds in loving room did not work. Their response was you can check out.. WE WERE ON VACATION!!! But we did check out. VRBO was ZERO help in resolving this situation. DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO!!

Beautiful location

Very nice apartment. Property manager was very responsive. The location was lovely and close to several restaurants; supermarket was only a five minute drive. Apartment was really geared toward two people. The sofa in the living room was not a pullout, luckily our child is a teenager and didn’t mind sleeping on a sectional. Loved the sounds of the sea lion!

Beautiful View

The condo has an amazing view. It was comfortable. It is decorated modestly and the sofa has a spring coming through the couch. Only issue entering the garage was the person we were told to contact never responded but someone was on their way out. I do want to say everyone was very helpful.

Peaceful bliss in Marina Del Rey

We had such a great stay at this property. The view of the Marina is beautiful and the rooftop patio is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the fresh ocean air! You won’t be disappointed!

Last minute stay

The place pictured is not where we ended up staying. We we booking very last minute and didn't have a lot of options and so when Liz asked to have us stay somewhere else, we were open to it. It was fine but didn't have the view, which was really important. There were also a few challenges with the property, but Liz was great in handling them.

Not what we rented, but....

It is hard to summarize as the property we payed and expected to stay at was not the property we stayed at due to water damage to the original property. What dissapointed us was that we were barely informed the day before but did not get the email due to travelling. So we did not find out until we connected with the owners an hour before we got there. Also we did not appreciate being told the new place was an upgrade as yes it had more space but we rented the original place due to its views from the living room, which as a family we would spend our time together. The secondary place was a different arrangement of space with only a balcony to look out from not the living room itself. Liv came by the next morning and took the time to explain what happened and why we where moved which had not happened the night before. She was very kind and tried to meet all our needs which was much appreciated. The secondary place was suitable but not what we payed for nor intended, we would not have rented it and would have looked for another place. I wish they informed us sooner so that we might have had that option if we chose. Our stay though was fun, the location was great and close to all the places we intended to go to and explore. The neighborhood is safe, close walk to the beach, canals and farmers market on Saturdays. I would recommend Liv as she did do the best considering the situation she was in from the previous renter. It was a difficult position to be in. Thank You

Unit swap

I was nervous because of the last minute change of unit, but it couldn’t have been better. She even bought a brand new air mattress for the kids. Fireworks were steps outside for New Year’s Eve. We had a great beach day with $7 parking 5 minutes away. I also found discount Universal Studios tickets on the Marina Del Rey website that were able to redeem from the email. Stay couldn’t have been better!

Fantastic Experience

Liv is a wonderful, one of a kind hostess. The unit we resereved flooded the day we arrived and she upgraded us to a fabulous unit that was larger and better view for the same price. Liv is a warm welcoming host and truly cares about your experience. She text us on a regular basis to see how we were doing. The unit was well stocked with basics, extremely clean and comfortly decorated. I would highly recommend reserving a condo from Liv!

The refrigerator leaked water on the kitchen floor which was wet when we checked in. We notified the owners about this and it was not fixed during the 4 night stay. We were told 4 additional towels would be provided to soak up the water which never happened. The location is nice.

Great spot by the dock

Location was great. Wonderful view of the boats docked in Marina Del Rey. Close enough to a few good places to eat, but far enough away for peace and quiet....unless the sound of sea lions bothers you! Liv was a great help and very responsive.

Thoroughly enjoyed Liz’s property at the marina.

Property was exactly as it looked online. Amenities were great and location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The area is very quaint. Loved the atmosphere. I would definitely rent this property again and will recommend to anyone I know who is visiting the area.

Amaziiiiiiiiiing view of the boats and the marina

Liv's place is well equipped and it's in a great location, the entrance from the road is very easy. The whole place has all the details covered, we enjoyed using the kitchen while tasting tea and coffee that Liv offers in the cabinet. The marina is right in front of the big balcony, which makes you wanna pause the moment for now. The most important is also the place is very very clean. Through the whole stay, Liv answer questions very fast, makes things smooth and easy. Would love to stay longer but the booking is already full so can't do anything about it, hope get chance to stay again in the future.
