The accommodations were very clean and aesthetically appealing, however, entry was unique enough to be a bit confounding upon arrival.There were multiple coded doors to go through and the designated suite entry was inside of a covered porch that without exploration created some uncertainty as to the appropriate door to use. There were also persistent messages regarding shoe removal and guest clealiness which we respected, however, it became boderline excessive considering we were mostly preoccupied at outside events and used the suite minimumally. The main concern was regarding the bed- it had a broken leg that was merely propping one of the foot corners. This was revealed upon first arrival after sitting on the bed to unpack luggage and the bed proceeded to tip. We posted the leg back under the bed and slept as motionless as possible for two nights. The bed was also had very little cushion and was as about as comfortable as a stack of cardboard boxes. The highlights of our stay were external events so we were likely more forgiving than ususal. It was clear that the host had many anxieties as evidenced by persistent reminders to remove shoes and signs to lock doors. It most definitely felt like we were staying at someone else's house. We appreciated the cleanliness but will not be looking to return as there are more comfortable options available.
