Day one was nice, day two we got upgraded rooms due to a maintenance issue with the plumbing. The upgrade was unexpected and surprising event to happen, as our upgraded room really made our stay even better. Staff was friendly and very communicative with changing staff members.

The front desk ladies were all very nice. The WY-Fi did not work in our room, we had to stand outside to use it. Front desk maid me call the tec people but they could not get it to work, the Tec guy said some would call me back in a minute but never did. The hot breakfast was a joke.

The property was overall a clean and decent place. I unfortunately was there when some sort of young men's training or something.They turned quite smoking area into a party rap ghetto music fest, full blast ,drinking yelling and some kind of chip games.It was totally obnoxious and very disrespectful of other guests.

Cigarette smoke smell was so strong in the “non-smoking room” and smelled kinda dingy. I didn’t realize it’s a 2 star hotel and it was my first time at one so idk if that’s the norm. Anyways I couldn’t sleep because I felt uneasy and the cig smell was too strong. And I read reviews about bedbugs but thankfully there were none but that didn’t help since I felt there would be and that made it impossible to sleep. I left as soon as I could in the morning. Sorry but I won’t ever be going back. The staff was very nice and pleasant. It’s worth it for the money if you are looking for just somewhere to sleep and don’t mind the strong cig smell.
