The room was not clean, the floors were filthy dirty, I’m glad I brought my own comforter because the one on the bed had blood stains and yellow stains. I woke up around 4 and found a bed bug near my pillow, and then looked around and found one underneath my comforter. The air conditioning worked but tried using the heat and had to turn it off because it started to smell like urine. The air conditioning eventually started to smell like urine as well. Staff were nice. Parking was okay. I am sorry but I will never stay here again, and after I found the bed bugs I just had to get out of there. And yes I took pictures and video.

Demanded $50 CASH deposit

Would've been nice if we knew ahead of time that the property demanded $50 cash for a deposit at check in. I offered my card but they directed me to an atm down the street. I was in a hurry and did not appreciate the inconvenience. The clerk ended up allowing me to bring it later but that wouldn't have worked out for me so instead i had to give up the limited cash i had on me to satisfy their demands.
