The sleek new kitchen opens to the dining area and breakfast area with a balcony & breathtaking ocean and mountain views. Stunning Pocket and folding glass doors throughout, allow you to enjoy the spectacular views. This rare flat usable yard includes a BBQ area, pool/spa, and large grassy area with mature landscaping throughout to give it a zen feel. Just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with a private path under PCH, across the street from a private equity tennis club with 3 lighted courts (membership included) - This home is the Malibu dream.

Please note of the following information:

-The Tennis Court is only available to Guests staying more than 7 days. Guests will need to submit First and Last Names for all Users and will be charged a one-time Membership Fee of $300. 

-Cellular reception in the area may vary depending on your provider. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend downloading Google Maps offline before your arrival. By saving the area in advance, you can easily navigate and access directions even without cellular service or Wi-Fi. This will help you get around with ease during your stay.

A Note on Booking & Payment:

To keep things seamless and secure, all reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed by our team directly, using the credit card details you enter on the VRBO website. This includes the rental total, cleaning fees, and taxes — all as one transparent amount

You may also see a separate line item for the VRBO service fee, which is charged by VRBO and goes directly to their platform.

A refundable security deposit (typically $1,000–$3,000 depending on the home) is collected and securely held based on our policies.
After booking, you’ll receive a quick ID verification and credit card authorization via text to finalize your stay. Everything is designed to be smooth, secure, and handled with care.
