Welcome to our 3-story townhouse in the heart of Silver Lake. At 1,400 sq ft, this 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home is a comfortable, highly functional space designed as an ideal urban retreat for couples or solo travelers, while flexibly accommodating up to 4 guests. (Please note: To sleep up to 4, guests will use a premium queen-size air mattress in the shared living room area. Setting this up requires moving some furniture and does not offer the closed-door privacy of a traditional bedroom). It features a private 2-car garage with an EV charger, fast internet, and easy walking access to some of the best spots in the neighborhood.
The Layout
The home is spread across three distinct levels:
Ground Floor (Parking): Your private 2-car garage equipped with an Enel X Juicebox EV charger.
Second Floor (Rest): The master suite features a plush King bed and a Smart TV. For your convenience, there is also a half-bathroom on this level.
Third Floor (Living & Dining): The heart of the home features a beautiful, open-concept living area with a second Smart TV, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony offering great city and hill views. The fully-equipped modern kitchen includes a chic dining area and a Keurig single-cup coffee maker.
Extra Sleeping Arrangement: A premium queen-size air mattress is available for use in this living area for guests 3 and 4 (requires moving some furniture and does not offer the privacy of a traditional bedroom).
Full Bathroom: A sleek, full bathroom is located on the third floor.
Connectivity & Comfort
WiFi: The home is set up with fast 500 Mbps WiFi, perfect for remote work or streaming.

The Neighborhood & Transit
The townhouse is in a highly walkable section of Silver Lake. You are just a short walk from daily essentials at Whole Foods, as well as local neighborhood staples like Gingergrass, Silver Lake Wine, LAMill Coffee, and Burgers Never Say Die. While the immediate neighborhood is very pedestrian-friendly, having a car is convenient for exploring the rest of LA. You`ll have quick access to nearby expressways directly from your private garage.
Important Notes for Your Stay
Road Noise: Because the home is located on Silver Lake Blvd, please be aware that you can hear street and road noise from the bedroom.
Pets: Well-behaved pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis (depending on breed, size, and length of stay) and require an additional pet fee. Please message us prior to booking to discuss.
Communication: Our team is available via the booking app if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise, we will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy the home.

By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME - Quiet neighborhood (loud parties won`t go over well with neighbors)
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
-BE CAREFUL Watch your children going up/down the stairs.
-Long term rentals (30+ days) not allowed.
Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
• Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
• 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
• More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.
Additional Cleaning Policy
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.
Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Gas and electricity
• Water and sewer
• Trash and recycling
• Internet and streaming services
• Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking
These fees may be assessed as either:
• A flat monthly fee, or
• A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent.
Such fees may be collected directly through the booking platform or invoiced separately as permitted by the booking platform policy. For estimation purposes, please assume an additional fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent unless otherwise specified in advance.
