Towels were like rags. Had to buy towels at the mall across the street. Tidy but didn’t feel clean. I read the reviews and trusted them for a last minute trip but I guess people prescription of good is relative to their own experiences. This is the 2nd worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I made my reservations earlier in the week but when I arrived they only had horrible rooms left. Lobby carpet looked grimy. Upstairs rooms no elevator and no one to assist with bags. Staff was nice and professional. Management not so much…seemed to be giving a tour to their friends and interrupting the very attentive front desk staff while he was trying to work. Stay somewhere else…pay the extra money! Thank me later.

The lobby was nice but the security of the doors was a big concern they did not lock so needed to be fixed so that was a concern with my family and night time access.

Great affordable place to stay if you’re visiting LA! Staff are very kind and friendly, room was very clean, and easy to get around. Although it’s not the facilities fault, there were a couple people I saw that made me feel unsafe and that were very house (A woman was screaming in the building at her boyfriend who apparently cheated). Not the property’s fault, however they should kick people out who are too noisy and scary like that. Thank you Studio 6!

Booked a room for one night (Tue), and everything was great; when I checked out I was so satisfied with my stay that I booked another night in the same room (Wed). I returned at about 8PM, Wed, and my room's bedding was off the bed: the bed was unmade. Because it was late, I didn't want to deal with waiting, but when I checked out Thursday, I told the front desk, "You shouldn't charge me! My bed wasn't made!"

It probably was OK nothing but it was a minor problem. Washing machine was leaking in the washing machine room other than that everything was OK nothing to complain about as of right now. Would I tell somebody about the place to rent to a family and friends if they if they want to stay if they would stay there yes I would Just make sure you take care of that wash machine because the wash machine was leaking and the laundry room was OK
