This was a pleasant surprise! Comfortable bed? Yes! Daily cleaning? Yes! Hot and strong shower? Yes! WiFi? Very good! Quiet? Yep, despite my initial skepticism while checking in because of the noise in the lobby area! Reasonably priced? Absolutely! Staff? Very friendly! Location? Good! Would stay here again? Yes!

Staff were super friendly and helpful and we were lucky enough to get an early check in at 11am. While the room was quite basic, it was very clean and great for the price. It was in a good location close to the airport and walking distance to SoFi Stadium and the Intuit Dome. A free shuttle bus to and from the airport was included in the service. Would definitely recommend to people travelling on a budget.

We had a great stay just to spend the nights. For anyone who goes out most of the time during the day, this hotel is very affordable and clean.

The only positive part of this experience was having Regina (assistant manager) assist us and she was very welcoming. We were able to lock up our bags in a secure room until check in time. When we went to check in at 2:53pm, a staff member asked how he could help me. I asked if I could check in, he then turned to his female co-worker and started a conversation and proceeded to ignore me. Then I was told by another staff member, Nestor that the rooms weren’t going to be ready until 3pm. Was not welcoming or friendly once we could check in 7 minutes later. You need to be very aware of your surroundings when walking around the area. Will not stay at this property again nor recommend it.

Elevator was not working, it was terrible being on the 8 th floor. They did not give access to the stairway. Waiting for the elevator was terrible.
