This is the first place in a while that had bedstands on both sides of the bed...a big plus that you don't know you miss until they aren't there. The Gree mini-splits worked both for heating and cooling during our stay. There is a remote in the bedroom zone and the main area zone.Bathroom has nice large shower- with rain-tye shower head and a handheld. 2 shelves held all of our toiletries. The gate (which must be opened and closed manually- very easy) is on the Arcadia Ave side of the corner lot. Dedicated parking spot. We noticed no road noise inside. The green couch is small and doesn't feel like a queen size so if you are more than 2 adults, you might want to check the actual measurements. 2 kids could fit.The bed has a good mattress- supportive but not too hard. We've been to VRBOs with terrible mattresses so this was a relief.We wouldn't hesitate to go back here if we are back in the LA area. Thank you!
