The air conditioner and the heater stink when turned on. I paid 10$ for parking inside the location only to come back from dinner and find there’s no where to park and had to park on the street. The video check in was glitchy and couldn’t hear half of what the remote receptionist was saying. I’d rather try the 20 other places down the road before here. Never staying here again.

Didn't get a chance to stay due to the fact that I got pulled over then I got pulled over when I went back to go and get the money for the hotel ask him if they can do a refund because cops rolled up on me then also this way that was the second time within the hour switch made it where I didn't want to go to second time to the hotel to go get the refund but my girlfriend asked me to decide which was really awful so I can't read the room I don't know what it was like all I can say is that it sucks it's cop infested they can be cool but I wouldn't trust it

Amazing little jewel among expansive or run down motels. Very clean, high standards bedsheet, bathrooms are clean, check in is automatic and highly convenient, parking is so easy and simple. I am very impressed with the concept of this motel.

Clean and comfortable rooms at a very convenient location. Windows open and the AC was effective. Bathroom is small but serviceable. Only downside is that the limited parking spaces mean you aren't guaranteed a spot every night even when you pay the parking fee.

Nice little hotel. First time for checking in via a computer zoom like meeting with a remote concierge but it went smoothly and was fine. My only complaint is that the room wasn’t dark enough because the central parking lot was very brightly lit for security purposes and the wooden blinds didn’t block out all of the light so I had a hard time falling asleep.

Very nice for its price point. Very nicer new renovation. no other amenities. No work space or chair in the room, just the average comfort bed and 2 small night stands, not even a water cup. Very nice if all you need is a bed and a clean bathroom.

the overall stay was cute and cozy. don’t plan on sleeping in past about 8-9 if you want a slow start to your day (somebody car was beeping/honking all morning and the housekeeper carts are very loud. checking in on the other hand was a complete joke. you talk to the front desk via skype on an ipad and we were expected to memorize a 8 digit code to get into the room. we had to ask for them to SEND us the code to get into the room.

Really nice (boutique) style motel. Bed was very comfortable, power stations on each nightstand and overall modern design decor made it feel really warm. I've booked three more advanced reservations at the location.

The room was clean and as advertised. It was slightly smaller than expected but fine. Virtual check in was a little annoying just because the internet took a long time and we were checking in late and it didn't feel completely safe standing out there, but overall it was fine.

This was a perfect affordable option for a weekend concert, the room was very small but the bed was comfortable and the room was super clean and the decor is really cute. The virtual check in is quick and easy. No coffee maker in the room, but Starbucks is just a couple blocks away and the surrounding area is safe and walkable. Convenient local to Burbank airport and rose bowl.
