I got a great deal on what I believe was the best room in the house. Stunning corner beachfront views. The place feels like a guesthouse, but I had all private amenities (kitchen, lounge area and bathroom). The building is old (part of the charm) and the room is refurbished, but has qualities that show its vintage (so expecting a 5 star hotel experience will make you disappointed). The location is unmatched, tiny walk to main parts of Hermosa, which felt safe at night for a female walking alone. But a few streets from the main promenade, so the noise was not an issue (the windows are thin, so you can hear people talking outside, but again, its part of the charm).
