Walkable Convenient in Downtown Los Barriles

Welcome to Casa Coromuel, named for the westerly cooling winds that are unique to the East Cape of BCS. Easily walk to restaurants, the beach or the seasonal Saturday market. Enjoy being in the center of everything Los Barriles has to offer. Featuring a sparkling pool and adjoining patio, entertain your family or relax in a quiet retreat. If getting a bit of remote work done before relaxing is your thing, our uber-fast Starlink internet will allow you to make that happen too.



New construction tastefully decorated with clean lines and a modern feel. Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and on-site laundry. All bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room have AC and ceiling fans to help you stay cool during the hotter months.

The large eat in kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals at home, but with all of the amazing restaurants just a short walk away, you may find yourself giving the family chef a break! The kitchen/dining room/living room are open to each other and all open to the covered patio through a 16’ sliding glass door. The living room has a large comfy couch with enough seating for the whole group and features a 65” smart TV. The master bedroom has private access to the patio, a 65” smart TV, AC, and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.



The covered outdoor patio includes lounging chairs, a dining table for 6, outdoor sink, gas barbeque, market lights, and a ceiling fan. The patio overlooks the saltwater cocktail pool which includes a tanning shelf, wading end, and seating bench. We’ve got chaise loungers for suntanning, stacking chairs for flexibility, and even an outdoor shower to help you rinse off after a day at the beach.

Please note that pool heating is optional and not included in the nightly rate. If requested, a separate fixed daily propane fee of 100 USD applies.
Please let us know before arrival if you’d like the pool heater prepared for your stay.




We’ve included pool towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler. We’ve provided everything you need to enjoy the gorgeous beaches and warm swimmable waters of the Sea of Cortez.



Awesome East Cape activities include sportfishing, kite boarding, mountain biking, horseback riding, pickle ball, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking and volleyball. Maybe rent an ATV and explore the arroyos, find a waterfall, or take a drive along the beach and find the perfect beach bar. All of it is here for you to come and experience with your stay at Casa Coromuel.

Bahia Residencial sits in the center of town. There is one entrance and exit, limiting the amount of unnecessary traffic into the neighborhood. Walk to everything you need!



You are perfectly fine without a vehicle. If you want to go explore to the snorkel beaches and waterfalls we recommend an ATV rental or a car rental. We can help you set this up!



In regards to children: this is a parent choice, but we want you to know there is no pool gate or fence. It is your responsibility to watch your children.



When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved.



There is always building happening in baja, we cannot guarantee the status of building around this property.
