MeidÀn huoneisto sijaitsee yksityinen yhteisö Pedregal joka taloa joitakin parhaista asuntoja maailmassa omistaa monet kuuluisat ihmiset Hollywoodissa. NÀkymÀt meidÀn patio ovat aivan henkeÀsalpaavat joka sisÀltÀÀ vuoristomaisemiin Baja, keskustan Cabo, ja lopulta mereen Cortez. Yhteisö on kaksi yksityistÀ allasta, tenniskenttiÀ, ja mikÀ tÀrkeintÀ yksityinen ranta, jossa ei ole myyjiÀ, jotka yrittÀvÀt vaivaa sinua kun rentoutua auringon alla.

Se kestÀÀ vain muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ Condo on aivan keskustassa Cabo josta löydÀt maailmanluokan ravintoloita, kauppoja, ja toimintaa pitÀÀ sinut kiireisenÀ koko oleskelun. Property location was great! Just a short drive to town. All amenities list were available.

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo property. Fully furnished and very cleaned. Pool was close to condo location. A short taxi ride to town or beach. Would highly recommend. My next trip to Cabo I would definitely stay at this condo again.

We had everything we needed from beach towels and umbrellas, shampoo, qtips etc. Very nice and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Tom was very prompt returning any calls or addressing concerns. We felt very safe.

Very nice 3 bedroom condo in Pedregal

Two friends and I made a boy trip to Cabo to fish. Had not stayed at Portofino in the past but will definitely do so again in the future. Spacious, clean, well furninshed and equipped with any household item you could think of. Washer and dryer was very handy for our clothes after wrestling tuna, dorado and wahoo and roosterfish for 4 days. Minor problem with one of the bedroom air conditioners but Tom had a maintenance tech there quickly to resolve it. Had a rental car so parking garage under the unit was also very convenient. Highly recommend Casa Daniels.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall, we had a great stay at the property. We arranged our original transporation with Miguel! He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Back to the property, Tom is super responsive and provided me with tons of information before the trip. The condo itself is a great set up for families or couples. It has all the essentials that you need for a beach stay. The view is very nice, and the complex is very well kept. I will warn that it is located on a large hill and the cabs charge about $15 into town, which is ridiculous. We walked a lot and my 65-year old dad was hurting, but that's not really Tom's fault! The hill is killer to walk for extended times so just be prepared! And the walk to the beach is also a journey, much longer than to town. The beach is beautiful but since it's on the pacific side, you can't swim on it. So I just suggest putting on good walking shoes and checking it out, but wouldn't plan to bring beach stuff. Lastly, we didn't have a good experience with Redrum fishing so despite his recommendations, I don't recommend them. We did two fishing trips, one with Redrum and one with some random company we found Day of at the pier. Our second experience was much more pleasant and much cheaper. One last thought- the little pizza place on the hill is delicious! Stop and try it one night :)

Comfortable and beautiful location!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was within a 10-20 minute walk of different restaurants, and further into downtown and the Marina. Cabo has so much to offer from shopping, fishing, and the amazing food, it was a truly amazing experience. The time of year was hot and humid, and we even made it through a hurricane, but we had great communication and support from the property manager, Brooke, as well as the owner, Tom, before and during our stay. With the group of six of us, there was plenty of space in the condo where we weren't all on top of each other, and enough of a view from the balcony of downtown and the marina/ocean that it made the sunrises beautiful. Much thanks for the hospitality of the people in Cabo as well as the owner and property manager for making this a vacation to remember always!

Excellent rental!!

What a beautiful condo! We made a very wise choice in this property.Tom was great to deal with from the beginning to end. Brooke met us when we arrived to pass on contact info should we have questions (which we never did). We travelled with our adult sons so everyone had a bedroom and their own space. The condo is super clean and quite luxurious. One of the best features is the huge sectional where we could all lounge at night and watch Breaking Bad on Netflix. The washer and dryer were very much appreciated as well. There is a TON of stocked items in the kitchen/laundry area so if cooking is your thing or your need a sandwich bag or bounce sheet, it's there. We opened the balcony doors to let the breeze in and didn't really need air conditioning at all. The balcony is huge with comfy furniture, table and bbqs. You can see the marina in the distance to know if you should delay your shopping ventures due to cruise ships in port. There is two pools on property that aren't used a lot so we had those to ourselves. We rented a car so it was nice to have underground parking available. Damage deposit was refunded promptly. We were VERY happy with this rental and would definitely rent it again. (Note: you drive by Jo's Garden to get to the condo - stop there for a meal, both the sushi and pizza were fantastic.) Excellent Location. Safe and easy access to Cabo San Lucas

We rented our condo through HomeAway and were very pleased with the ease in booking the site. The owner, Tom Daniels, answered any questions we had quickly and with detail prior to and after finalizing our booking. We met the property manager, Brooke, upon our arrival and she was very helpful throughout our stay with any questions or needs we had. We were 5 adults and one child (16 months), and it was perfect with plenty of room. The condo is located in the Pedregal which is a gated community and it always felt safe and was very quiet. The town of Cabo San Lucas is easily accessible from the condo whether walking or driving. Walk back is uphill but well worth the exercise after having a few cold drinks and eating great food from some great restaurants nearby. The condo was clean and well taken care of. Great WiFi and TV access. Large patio with great view of the city of Cabo San Lucas and the marina. The patio is equipped with BBQ and grill and we enjoyed several nights cooking and eating dinner on the patio. Condo is also equipped with washer and dryer which came in very handy. This was my 10th time visiting Cabos but the first time renting a condo. We would certainly do it again and would recommend Portofino in the Pedregal.

Great condo!

Loved the condo! Clean, well stocked, great view! Everything worked well and easily! The owner Ton was super helpful and responsive , and Brooke, the property manager was super sweet and helpful too. She even helped us unpack our groceries! Easy walk to town, but getting to beach was a little bit of a trek. We love to walk so anticipated it going in and didn't mind. The only complaint I have was that we never found the tennis courts. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Great Rental = GREAT VACATION!!

My husband and I brought our daughter and her friends for their senior spring break for a week. Tom’s condo was great, very clean, well kept, with plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect as it was quiet and safe but also easily accessible to down town Cabo. Tom was extremely helpful and responsive to all my emails and questions, he also provided great tips for the area. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cabo. I have rented a few VRBO and this one has been my favorite so far.

Well-located upscale condo with everything we needed plus a view!

Tom's 3-bdrm/2-bth condo in the Portofino development in Pedregal was quiet, clean, and lovely. It worked well for our group of 5, which included 1 Baby Boomer retiree mom and 4 Millennial offspring/friends. We stayed for 6 nights and would have been comfortable there for longer. In fact, we met several retired and working Boomer couples who rent a condo there every year and stay for a month or more with their kids and grandkids coming and staying with them for shorter amounts of time. Tom's place has a large well-furnished, lighted patio deck with a view, a ceiling fan and gas BBQ. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could want for cooking/eating/drinking [there is even a bottled water dispenser with plenty of extra full bottles]; and the LR/DR is great for lounging and watching satellite TV or streaming Netflix, Amazon, etc. Wifi never failed while we were there. Bedrooms are large w/nice bedding, storage and decent light for reading. We were surprised by the excellent water pressure and roomy, well-ventilated bthrms. Brooke, the property mgr, stopped by and made sure we had what we needed and knew how to use the AC/fans/lights and the various amenities. There was always some shade available as well as plenty of sun at the pool, which we mostly to ourselves. We all agreed we would be happy to stay in the Pedregal location and in this specific unit again. We felt very secure there.

Attractive Condo with large well Furnished balcony

This condo is immaculate, impressive in its decor and is very well stocked with every tool and basic necessity you could want. Great city view- gorgeous at night, with limited ocean view and access. A long drive over winding roads lead you to a beautiful but treacherously unswimmable beach. It is close to town with some shops and restaurants in walking distance, down the somewhat steep hill. There is a fair amount of construction traffic passing directly in front of this condo. Parking is in a garage, a small walk from the condo but in the same building. The balcony has a gas BBQ, sectional and large table and chairs, great for cards in the evening. BTW, there were no mosquitoes!

Beautifull updated condo with a fantastic location and view

Tom Daniels condo in the Portofino complex was just as pictured and advertised. Completely updated and well stocked with just about everything you need when away from home. All the rooms are spacious and have very comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio where we spent a lot of our time. It also had comfortable furniture, a new gas barbeque and a large table and chairs, The Portofino complex sits at the entrance to the Pedregal neighborhood thus giving you a great view of the valley and the ocean. We did not have a car in Cabo and did not really need one. We planned our grocery needs out so a couple trips to the local Walmart were made by taxi. Tom was very helpful in helping us arrange a shuttle to and from the airport. He also turned us on to the condo right next to his, which we also rented as our group was to large for just his unit. On the night before we returned home, I took some money out of my pants pocket and put it on a shelf in the master closet ( $200.00). After getting home the next day I remembered what I had done and sent an email to Tom. He had his property manager go and look for the money and within several hours told me she had found it and he sent me a check. That speaks volumes about both Tom and his property manager, Brooke. Thanks again Tom! Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Wonderful Condo

My family arrived at this condo on New Year's Eve and spent 8 days. It's a beautiful three bedroom, two bath condo with a great view of Cabo. The location is a short ten minute walk to downtown Cabo and 15 minutes to the Marina. The walk to town is down hill, so the walk to town is easier then the walk back to the condo. We made the walk many times, and never felt unsafe. The condo was well maintained, and Tom was easy to communicate with. He answered my many emails prior to our arrival and was responsive during our visit. The many extras at the condo were much appropriated. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels available for our use along with many other extras. The only downside is that you will need a car to get to the private beach. Once you get there, it is beautiful. Tom recommended a transportation service to and from the airport. It worked well, and the driver was very helpful. I would highly recommend this condo, and would stay here again.

Lovely property, super helpful owner and his manager

We stayed in Tom's condo for 4 nights in Dec. 2015. Tom responded quickly to every email, always offering helpful advice and his personal connections in Cabo to make everything we wanted/needed happen as easily as possible. The condo is bright, clean, modern and has everything a family needs to have a wonderful stay. The view of Cabo and the mountains is gorgeous. For an even more beautiful view, take a walk up the road to the top of the Pedgregal hill, incredible! plus, a great way to get exercise. :) The condo is a short walk in to town and the marina, easily accessible to everything. We even walked to Wal-Mart (45 min across town) It cost $20 to take a cab for all 6 of us and our groceries to get back to the condo. I have no complaints of any kind, the place is beautiful. Brooke, Tom's property manager is also very helpful; ensured that groceries were bought as requested and solved a couple of minor issues quickly. She even kept in contact with us after we had moved out, wondering if we had been able to take advantage of her recommendations for whale shark swimming in La Paz and a trip to Balandra Beach, also in La Paz. Great Value. Great Place. Great Experience.

My girlfriends and I decided to do a girls' trip to Cabo this year. Hands down this is one of the top places I've stayed at our of all my travels. For starters, the owner Tom, was super responsive and accomodating at all times. Any questions I had leading up to the trip, he always answered, which helped the group feel very comfortable and at ease about being out of the country. Tom also sent suggestions of different activities and excursions and even had a binder inside of the condo of different restaurants, shopping and local spots around town. In total, there were six of us, and we all slept VERY comfortably. The condo was very clean, very well equipped with supplies, including chairs and umbrellas for the beach, and the views were stunning! Also, the property manager Brooke, was very welcoming and accommodating. As soon as we arrived, she greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo and the area it's in is very safe as well due to the 24 hour security/ guard shack right in the front of the complex. This was my second time vacationing in Cabo, and from both of my experiences, Cabo will probably be a regular vacation spot for me. Not only will I stay at this property and condo again, but I will also recommend this place to my family and friends. For the price, location, decor and service, it just doesn't get any better. Overall, our stay was excellent!
