Waited 10 minutes (with many empty tables around) to be greeted by waiter at Italian restaurant and finally left for another. Seated at new table at last in the Asian restaurant, was again ignored in favor of family group who arrived after. Not nice.

We really enjoyed our time at Krystal Grand Los Cabos. We traveled with our son's family and it was very family friendly. Shout out to Omar and Gabriel, our Expedia concierge, who were awesome and very helpful. They scheduled dinner reservation, airport transfers as well as check in/out, which was really easy. Thank you Gabriel and Omar for making our stay seamless.

Really great resort , you dont need the upgraded option [Altitude] unless u want to be more secluded and have a more private balcony pool [cool for sure]. Food was great restraunts were what you would get at a decent american place with the breakfast bruch buffet really good. All drinks were good especially mojitos and mezcal margaritas, not skimp on the booze.

Hugo was amazing at the sky bar. Great service also I appreciated the express check out done by Claudio. My experience with the Alititude Club was great. The buffet could use a little work. I would’ve appreciated a few other food options.

My husband and I stayed for 7 days, we had the blessing of meeting Gabriel Avila, who placed us in the room, a very polite, kind and very professional person, assisted us in everything we needed, including the room which was very comfortable, with a beautiful view, he had the courtesy to reserve the table for us for dinner time, almost every day, he made us feel very special, he also took care of all the details we had, we recommend it, if you want to have a wonderful experience at the Crystal Grand Los Cabos hotel, the buffet is very complete for breakfast and lunch, they have a lot of variety, fruits, salads, soups, fish, meat, chicken, etc. Angel who served us in the buffet restaurant, wonderful, his education, kindness, and patience with the customers, the service he provides at the table is very professional! That hotel really has a wonderful team, they make you feel at home!! We recommend it, Excellent 10/10

The best part about this hotel is having Expedia members here onsite. They went above and beyond to make my stay here wonderful. A special thanks to Omar and Athena who were always there to help. Omar made my husband birthday a special by providing balloons and a cake. All very thoughtful and he is an asset to have at the hotel.

Great resort. Food was decent. The Tepanyaki was really cool, and great for the kids! Pools were nice however in the heat the water became warm. Not really the property’s fault but just worth noting.

Gabriel and Omar were wonderful to ensure that my stay at the hotel would be nice. There was a mix up in the room that I booked and they both went above and beyond to relocate me to room that had the ocean view that I booked along with a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. The property needs to be updated but it was clean and presentable. The sliding door in my room fell off the track on 2 different days. Omar had maintenance come by each time to repair it. The restaurants were ok. The adult pool, walking on the beach and the ocean view were great. Overall, I had a nice time especially for the price. Big Thank You to Gabriel, Omar, the waiters, bartenders, maids and the rest of the staff—there were AMAZING.

room service kept bringing us bbq wings instead of buffalo. When we would ask the room service lady she said they didn't have buffalo. when the menu states buffalo and when we call about the issue they say it's correct and should've been buffalo. I believe it was mostly a language barrier, which is understandable, but the room service kitchen should have everything the room service menu states, and bbq wasn't even on there lol. tv broke so we couldn't use it safe broke halfway through our trip ac broke so our first two nights were miserable chairs outside our "private pool" had bird feces on them. also the private pool is not private, we didn't realize until getting there that it is the lowest level of the building and everybody above you in their balcony's can see you. shops close earlier than the time stated on door no accommodation for special events at all even though they state that they will ask the people at the restaurant to do it and it doesn't happen. wood fence missing a peice in our pool and was all rusty looking pool not clean has black specs all in the grout that easily scraped out with my finger nail. this place was good but it should have been great for what your paying.

Behind the building. A get quote loud through the night . Our concierge Omar was amazing and checked in on us daily and treated. Us just like family. Pedro at the Italian restaurant was da best and made our trip a big success . José at the grill treated us amazing as well and made sure we had a great experience at his restaurant . The bar tenders were all very nice the one girl at the lobby bar ( sorry don’t remember her name ) could make a good drink ! Thanks for making us feel like home on our vacation !!

Great vacation. Staff was very nice. Shoutout to Aldir (adult pool bartender) and Julian (adult pool server). Food was much better than some of the other all-inclusive resorts I’ve stayed in all around Mexico. Place had its quirks but overall it was good. Would definitely recommend and would re-book. More relax vibes vs party vibes, but the party vibes do some in waves. Cheers!

Toliet clugged up and overflowed Beds was broken .Refrigator blew out ..Shower cut off during showing time .Not a great variety food .Not alot of activities on property .Liquior was watered down..Woke up with rashes and insects bites ..Breakfast buffett hide bacon wasnt out for guest.Guest had to ask for bacon and they only gave two pieces .I wouldnt stay there again .
