Located in Lotzorai, in the heart of Ogliastra, it is 5 minutes from the ports of Arbatax and Santa Maria Navarrese, from which you can reach the famous Cale di Baunei (Cala Goloritzè was named the most beautiful beach in the world in 2025). The property is a maximum of 300 meters from the main amenities (bar, café, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, sandwich shop, delicatessen, bank, post office, newsagent, tobacconist, town square, etc.).
