The room was nice and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. The pool water was warm so I didn't freeze when I got out. The breakfast was good. My only complaint would be one of the beds in my room was very noisy. It sounded like the box springs was broken. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

The morning breakfast staff was excellent!! They were very friendly, courteous and had great customer service skills. They were quick to refill items that were running out. They were attentive and welcoming.

The building and rooms need a lot of work. We had to move from a room with a broken thermostat to another room that smelled like mold in the bathroom. My first bad experience at a Hampton Inn.
