We stayed here last Friday and had a mixed experience. The lobby was quite nice and the staff we interacted with were generally pleasant. We booked a king room, but were surprised by how small it was. The bathroom was functional, though the overall room felt dated—wires sticking out, no USB ports near the bed, and general wear.
Upon arrival, it appeared the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was a used hand towel on the sink and visible marks in the toilet. We called the front desk, and they asked us to come back down so they could move us. While the staff did relocate us, the new room was even smaller and located directly behind the elevator mechanical room, which made for a noisy night.
While the property has a nice lobby and decent staff, the room conditions and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, we’d likely choose to stay elsewhere in the future.
