For what we paid, I will pay more next time to stay in an Air BNB. Property was modern and well maintained. However, we were disappointed by a few things. The biggest issue was that the bathroom had no ventilation. That and perhaps the fact our room was on the 1st floor across from indoor pool. Our room was extremely humid even with the air conditioning on and two of us taking showers. There was what appeared to be an exhaust fan in the bathroom but no way to turn it on. We called the desk and were told that the maintenance man would come to the room that day to repair it that day. We got a text that the fan couldn't be repaired, and he left a fan on a stand in our room. The next day when we mentioned it to the front desk we were told that none of the bathrooms have exhaust fans. Then one day we came back to our room and the bed was not made, however, there were clean towels in the bathroom. The bathroom was not freshened up ie: dried coffee spots in the sink. The breakfast bar had a nice assortment of food to choose from. Every day I asked for half and half and they would bring it out. Why not just leave it out with the rest of the creamers. Then the day we were leaving we tried to print boarding passes and the printer wasn't working. Finally the person at the desk offered to print them from their computer. We were hoping for a better experience as we plan to stay in La Grange often because my daughter has moved to Westport.

Great Value and breakfast/staff

We had no idea where we would end up on the highway, so I used my Hotel.com to see what is in the immediate area in Kentucky. We searched out three properties and made a reservation on line. Confirmed and drove to the property at 8pm. Very clean and a good value.

Staff were not friendly at all. We felt like we were inconveniencing them just by checking in or asking for help when needed. They never looked up from their phones or whatever they were doing when we walked up to check in or any time we walked by the front desk. The bathroom in our room was not in good shape. There were water marks all over the ceiling and dark spots throughout the shower along with what looked like divots throughout the shower as well. We stay exclusively in holiday inn’s when traveling and this was by far the worst one yet.
