Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were given drink vouchers and our room was decorated with candles and rose petals for our anniversary. It was a thoughful touch. The hotel is impecable. Would definitely stay in the future

Excellent room with comfortable beds. Room was very humid and hot no matter how low we set the thermostat. Every single thing is expensive and not included. Service at the pool is awful. Took 34 minutes just to get a drink- had to get back checked each time entering the pool- no outside food/drinks but have to wait up 30min + to get a drink/food.

A wonderful Hotel in a great location and ease of walking around downtown. Self parking was easy and across the street. We felt very safe walking to the Louisville Palace for a concert.
