The hotel itself and the rooms are extremely beautiful and clean. However, outside is full of homeless people. Some are mentally ill and others are drug addicts and highly aggressive.

Front desk hustlers

Stay was great but check in and check out precession was terrible. I paid with my debit card upon arrive put my pin in, was fully charged and then was told that was a hold for the full amount that I needed to pay the full amount again and I will be reimbursed for the hold. That’s paying in full twice, I said absolutely not, manager came over apologized and we got out keys and went to our room. The next night the phone rings and it’s the front desk saying we have to pay again after we already did. I explained we did and hung up. Then checkout same thing, the wanted payment again twice. I really don’t think the front desk knows what they’re doing

I wanted to stay here initally for the outdoor pool and bar and am disappointed that the bar was closed. We also had trouble with our hotel room door locking us out and needed to walk to the front desk for help. They were friendly but I recommend the hotel upgrade to using a key app because we also had our key card deactivate. This is why I marked only good, because we had issues with the key and door locking on us, causing us to wait outside our room with dripping wet swim suits and 2 kids that needed to use the bathroom for 20 minutes before it was fixed.
