Spread out and relax in this spacious 2500 square foot home, designed for comfort and convenience. Enjoy the luxury of a gourmet kitchen, perfect for whipping up delicious meals with fresh ingredients from the nearby restaurants and groceries.

Conveniently located within a 5 minute drive to the expressway, allowing for easy access to all of Louisville's top attractions. 10 minute drive to the airport, exploring the city is a breeze with a 10 minute drive to Downtown. In town for a convention? You'll be just 15 minutes away from the Convention Center. And for those looking to catch a race at Churchill Downs, it's a short 15 minute drive.

Inside this thoughtfully decorated home, you'll find two bedrooms and two baths, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom boasts a cozy queen size bed, while the upstairs second bedroom has a double bed and trundle bed with two twins. The huge living room couch is also a great option for additional sleeping space or just lounging around. There are four gigantic beanbags and a single size bed in the basement.

Cleaning Fees - The condition that the property is left in will determine the collection of additional fees. Please avoid additional cleaning fees leaving the property in good condition following check out instructions.

Damaged or Missing Items - During your stay If any damages occur to the property please contact us immediately. If any damages are found or items are missing after checkout we hold the right to collect funds for repairs or replacement.

Sleep - The comfort of our guests and neighbors' is important to us. Only registered guests may enter the property after 10 pm. A registered guest is someone traveling with and under the responsibility of the registered party. If a disturbance is reported by another guest, neighbor or noise monitor, all guests may be asked to leave immediately and without a refund. After 10 pm any disturbance to neighbors, conversations, music or the like will not be permitted. Before 10 pm, outdoor conversations and music should be kept at a reasonable level. We use NoiseAware Smart Noise Measurement Solutions for Property Owners and Managers. This allows us to be notified and prevent noisy incidents and resolve them quickly and will keep our neighbors happy. The device alerts us to the noise level (measured in decibels). This device does not record sounds or conversations; it only alerts us to noise levels considered disturbing. When an issue is detected, we receive a simple automated message, resulting in the 90% of problems being resolved without further action needed.

Items Left Behind - If items in property are left behind we can mail to guests for a postal fee. Smoking is permitted outside the property, no smoking is allowed inside the property.

A $250 smoking fee will be charged to guests smoking inside. Please dispose of butts properly.

Perfect Stay for gymnastics

This was a pleasant surprise of a stay. Everything was clean and my little gymnasts loved having the downstairs as her little area. It was perfect for my dad who has knee issues. The only thing was coming through the back door with the steps up to the main living area. He had such a nice time he didn’t even mind them though. I loved the couch and having up stairs with my hubby. We will be back next year!

We came to visit relatives in the area as well as sightsee and the location is so great for our needs. Very convenient to restaurants, grocery, shopping etc. close to downtown for the bourbon distillery tours as well. The property is pristine and hosts provide your every need.

Perfect for our long weekend trip!

Wonderful property!! Host thought of everything!! Very comfortable furnishings (we especially loved the huge beanbags downstairs!), coffee teas and hot chocolate for mornings, soaps, shampoos, etc and even special “makeup” faceclothes! Host was super accommodating with early check in and late checkout. Easy arrival and departure process and very good communication! Thank you so much Daniel and Catherine! If we ever find ourselves in “Louvul” again, we will definitely be in touch!!

This is by far the best VRBO property we’ve used. Everything was perfect; clean, organized, well appointed, patio and garden, parking, sheets, pillows, towels, extras like shower gel and lotion! Family Getaway

The house was nice and we could spread out when needed. The planes took a little getting used to but we were gone most days so it wasn’t a big deal! We appreciated the coffee bar and having kitchen supplies! The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood close to Bardstown Rd. So it was very convenient to get to where we wanted to go. Great stay!

SUPER CLEAN & QUIET HOME

We could not be more pleased with this rental home. It was so clean, nicely appointed and had all that we needed. Appliances were newer and worked well, coffee maker was wonderful, heating was more than adequate and beds/couches were so comfortable. We have stayed at many properties in the past and this one far surpassed our expectations. Neighborhood is quiet, and park was nice to walk to and around each day. No complaints whatsoever and will consider this one again for sure if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway. The spacious layout with beds on three floors served our purposes perfectly. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the giant beanbag chairs and video games. Above all else, everything was very clean and comfortable.
