Absolutely horrible they tried to accuse me of smoking in the room demanded a $200 cash deposit I told Them to check their footage they would see any time I smoked I went outside and then there was a man that came out of room when I came back up to get the rest of my things when checking out and then asked if I had a room key I lost told the front desk that was working and said there was nothing on the footage asked to see the footage and got denied

I had stayed at Comfort Inn years ago and it was decent. Currently, it is run down and needs a lot of TLC. I checked in late Thur due to a power outage during MI frigid cold low temperatures and planned to stay until Mon but left the next day because after switching my room multiple times due to leaky faucets which flooded the bathroom floor, a busted room door lock, deep red stains on the carpet, cob webs, paint peeling, big dog (pitbull) barking without a leash next door to our room, heavy musty odor.

This property has come down considerably from the last time I stayed there years ago. There were stains on the floor, peeling paint, cob webs, flooding in the bathroom, leaky faucets, large barking dogs, busted locks, food didn’t taste good/fresh. The staff changed my room about five times and each time there was a problem with the room. I want a full refund for the second room that never was used and I should only be charged for 1 night in the initial room.

The long suite with sofa bed (I believe roughly 450 ft2 version) is like a set of conjoined rooms without the door, where one “room” is a normal long bed hotel room with common amenities, and the second “room” had 2 sofas, a 42” tv, extra bath. You get 2 rooms (1 bedroom and 1 living room area) for the price of one! Close to literally TOOO many food options, plocated near centerpointe mall. Would definitely stay at again!

The hotel was clean but very worn out. Don’t bother “upgrading” to a balcony, there is no furniture on the balcony and the view is a Hyundai parking lot. It was quiet and relatively clean, okay for an inexpensive overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend more than one late night-early morning. It is convenient to strip malls and chain restaurants.

This hotel is tired. It’s convenient to the airport and inexpensive. The carpet is dirty, rooms are dark and bathroom is small. You can tell it had little to no care. Too bad.
