Easy access to Hwy. 34 and Johnstown Marketplace for many shopping and dining choices. 10 minutes to Blue Arena. 15 minutes to TPC Golf Course. 50 minutes to Estes Park. Owner on site in home next door. Plenty of parking on site for vehicles and easy turn around and parking for trailers.
