Tämä nykyaikainen huoneisto sijaitsee meren reunalla Cupecoy Beach Clubin yksityisessä yhteisössä, vain 1 min Ranskan / Hollannin rajalle. Tämä ylellinen aidatulla helmi näyttää tyylikkäältä hohtavan valkoisen kylän aurinkoisella Kreikan saarella. Pääsisäänkäyntiä ympäröivät vehreät trooppiset puut. Tärkein olohuone ja makuuhuone ovat upeat näkymät sinistä taivasta, turkoosi Karibianmerellä ja muilla saarilla.

Nykyaikainen sisustus on ranskalainen vibe; Tyylikäs ja mukava. Selkeät puulajit, kerma, taupe, harmaa ja kalkkikangas. Avoimessa oleskelutilassa on täysin kalustettu keittiö, jossa on kaikki laitteet. Suuri oleskelutila yhdistää oleskelu-, ruokailu- ja mediatilat.

Kaksi yhtä suurta makuuhuonetta ovat king size-vuoteet ja kaunis kylpyhuone, jossa kävellä suihkussa ja pukeutumisessa. Päämakuuhuoneessa on oma ulkoterassi, josta on merinäköala.

Vaikka yksityinen, olet hyvin lähellä mukavuuksia. Vain 1 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Mullet-rannalta, joka on yksi saaren kauneimmista rannasta, vain 3 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Porto Cupecoy -museosta upeilla pikku gourmetmarkkinoilla, upeilla ravintoloilla ja upeilla näköaloilla. Kaksi minuuttia Escape-ravintolaan, kuuma uusi ravintola-brasserie; Viivakoodi; Gourmet-kalaravintola, Blue Fin; STARZ-kasino ja aivan sen ulkopuolella; Mahon yövalot. 5 minuutissa pääset lentokentälle, 10 minuuttia viehättävään Marigotin pääkaupunkiin ja noin 30 minuutissa joko Grand Caseiin tai Phillipsburgiin.

Condos are fabulous very clean well stocked. They are close to many stores/ restaurants that are within walking distance. The beds are very comfortable foam mattresses with good pillows. Views of the sea are absolutely stunning! So many yachts, cruise ships and excursion boats passing by all day and night. Beach was small but very beautiful the last few days of our stay the winds switched and made the beach a little rougher but still able to get in and out of the water with effort.The only issue we had with the unit was there are NO PATIO DOOR HANDLES ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOORS! To open the patio doors was very hard as you either had to pry open the doors or put your fingers on the glass to open them from the outside. No fault of the owners just a really really bad design seems like a pretty easy deal to add a handle!

Beautiful Condo

This was our 2nd visit to The Cliff and this beautiful condo. Love the upgrades to the condo that were made and the kitchen is really nice. You have everything you would ever need plus more with the amazing view of the ocean!

Cupecoy Beach

Overall, John, the owner was extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with-- he met our requests with ease.However, we had an issue with the AC in the master-bedroom-- it was running too low (66) and would not adjust or shut off, making the night very uncomfortable for us, so we had to sleep in the other queen bedroom with our toddler for 6 of our 7 nights, before it was fixed. No fault of the owner at all, but definitely made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience for the majority of our stay. The property is beautiful, neat and clean. The staff are pleasant. The pools are beautiful.Access to Cupecoy Beach is not easy, especially if you have small children-- so would not rely on this beach, but rather have to walk/drive to neighboring Mullet Bay Beach. The access to Cupecoy is down a set of steps, but with a huge rock formation on the beach which you have to climb over-- unsafe in general and depending on tide levels could become obscured by water making it further treacherous. Strip of beach is small and by afternoon water does get high. Not a place for small children in my opinion. Wish they would advise of this prior to, since it really does limit your access to the private beach.

The Cliff was spectacular!

Our stay at The Cliff was amazing. From our initial interactions with John in booking this amazing unit, he was more than accommodating. Upon arrival to our unit, first impressions were pics do not do this place justice. The unit was extremely clean with an incredible view. Everything was perfect and we felt comfortably at home the entire week. We had one small issue with a shower and the concierge, Stacey, was immediately responsive and the issue was resolved before we returned that evening. We most definitely would love to return to The Cliff and stay in this unit again.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect accommodations for families! Nice pool area, private beach with good snorkeling and an amazing view of the most beautiful water in the Caribbean. It is so nice to have a full kitchen, there is a grocery store within a 3 minute walk. We relaxed on the terrace in the evening and watched movies every night. The restaurant is 5 stars as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view

Our condo was on the 2nd floor of the building over the pool. The condo was bigger than the pictures imply - there was plenty of room! The pool did get loud with kids but overall it was a great location. We loved having access to the beach for sunsets and the pool for lounging. We were able to walk to Fat Tony’s for a couple dinners and there were 3-4 breakfast spots within walking distance. We drove everywhere else- traffic here stinks. Beautiful island and friendly people. There is a lot of cigarette smoking and it is allowed at the pool and in restaurants which we weren’t expecting, not a plus for us. The beaches were stunning!!

Wow, simply amazing

Loved this place. Had everything we need plus more. From the pool, beach, restaurants, local market for groceries all within 5 min walk. From the views, the welcoming people, this by far was me and my wife’s best vacation. Very fast response times and communication. Most definitely will be coming back.

My husband and I traveled with another couple.The unit was clean,spacious and well appointed.The property is beautiful with fabulous views.We enjoyed the infinity pool as well as the indoor lap pool.A very relaxing vacation.

GREAT STAY

In a heartbeat my husband and I would stay here again. The condo was roomy, the view incredible, the staff were courteous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The host was excellent as well communicating with us with any questions we had. Don't hesitate to book this place. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves wvich we loved. We asked the staff for pool noodles and used these yo float around in the ocean, as there is a steep drop-off in the water. Loved our stay. We will be back.

We had a great time here at the Cliffs. The front dest staff were wonderful..The apartment was very clean, and if had everything that we needed there.The only negative is the frequent poweroutages and he hot water being low when taking a shower.

Perfect beach get away

The condo was perfect. Just as described. We visited in the slow season and had the beach and pool mostly to ourselves. It was spectacular. Our flight was cancelled leaving due to weather and the host was very responsive and allowed us to extend another day. 5 stars. We will be back!

Was great. Location. Property owner was very nice. Advertisment was so accurate. We loved. One thing disappointed was the elevator was down the entire time. Lucky us we were in lower floor we could use the stairs
