I splurged and booked a pool access room. This was a great investment and I could easily read or have coffee just outside my door. Service and communication of the hotel were excellent. Location is a 15 minute walk from downtown but they do provodw shutes. The walk is easy. If you stay more than 2 nights the airport shuttle is free. Airport only 15 minutes away. I ate at the restaurant several times and the food was great. Happy hour by the pool every afternoon. The spa has sauna and hot tub and massages available. I partook and enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel and great breakfast buffet. They even bake fresh bread from scratch every day. I think they do that with all the bakery items and things. Very nice hotel and great vibe and lovely staff. We loved having the shuttle buggy into town - so wonderful. You text them on WhatsApp when and where you want to be picked up, in the town area. And they would arrive in under 10 minutes most times. Amazing. (And you just go to the car area or front desk to ask to be driven somewhere). No limit to how many rides you get each day. Really loved this. Also love how you can rent a car right from the premises too. The only thing - room G05 had a smelly smell in the bathroom - drains, I believe. We had two rooms. The other was fine. Muok the customer experience lady has stellar English, if you need anything - she can even understand very fast Australian accent. The spa was lovely and the staff. 10/10 - just fix the drain hehe. And also, maybe bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap because they have a red-liquid one that didn't make my hair shine and seemed a bit supermarket-y, not luxury quality. Otherwise, MyBanLao would be 11/10 for me. Great, clean pool too. Not heated though (?) My kids said it wasn't heated. I didn't swim.

We loved this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff from driver to reception and everybody we met along the way is greeting us. It has a spacious bathroom, with separate bath tub and shower room and comfortable bed and a balcony fronting the pool. The bath tub has remote control for the glass wall. Free transfers from and to airport and free transfers during the day with vintage car and golf cart at night to night market and Mekong river, very convinient. Efficient front desk when we checked in. He informed us everything we need to know and the bell boy who showed us the amenities and everything inside the room. Highly recommended and we’re staying here again when we get back.

Pretty much everything was perfect. Lovely room opening onto pool. Beautiful and spotlessly clean surroundings. Excellent breakfast menu. Such attentive staff. Shuttle rides to and from the town centre on demand. Complimentary airport pick-up/drop-off. So many little touches. Housekeeping would com in and even fold clothes if left on bed or chair. Reception came over to us in lobby rather than have us wait at desk to check in, and then came out to wave us off as we keft with a little gift of biscuits.
