Location was good. Staff at reception were excellent. We only spoke English but they tried hard and we got good service when we communicated via google translate. Room was clean. Overall, happy with this hotel and would recommend to anyone going to the area who are travelling.

The low price for this hotel was too good to be true. When I arrived, they had no record of my reservation. I showed them my receipt from Expedia and they would not honor it. They insisted I pay cash. I didn’t have a lot of options and I needed a room and it was cheap so I paid them. Room was clean, AC worked but no hot water in shower. Live and learn. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Excellent stay here! We paid the extra couple thousand kip for a riverfront view and it was totally worth it, what a view over the Nam Khan from our little patio. The staff was friendly and helpful. Located in a really great part of the city, a little off the main strip, but very close to everything, easy to walk everywhere. It’s an old building so there are some quirks, bathroom was quite small by western standards, but all is in working order and is pretty much par for the course as far as SE Asia bathrooms go. Bed was hard but clean. Great value for the price we paid, we have no complaints! Would definitely stay again, an awesome place to relax and get on Laos time.

Excellent!

Beautiful room with river view, clean and very comfortable bed. Friendly and very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Quiet place and perfect location. Highly recommended!

Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht der Beschreibung. Anstelle von TV und Kühlschrank kommen nur Kabel aus der Wand. TV und Kühlschrank fehlen. Das Fenster hat keinen Vorhang. Große Reste von Klebestreifen auf beiden Fensterscheiben. Wie immer sehr hellhörig. WiFi fiel am zweiten von vier Abenden aus und blieb auch aus. Frühstück landesüblich und ok. Personal freundlich. Ein Mitarbeiter spricht gut Englisch.

Super Guest House

Légèrement en retrait du centre ville, mais facilement et rapidement accessible à pieds (ce qui est très bien) Excellente prestation pour un tout petit prix. Lieu très propre et personnel très accueillant, très souriant, aux petits soins avec leurs hôtes. Privilégier les chambres côté rivière, plus calme et super panorama depuis le balcon. Le petit déjeuner offert est très bien: Boisson chaude Œufs: au plat, brouillés, ou en omelette. Salade de fruits frais (goyave, papaye, banane, ananas, fruit du dragon et pastèque) Pain beurre et confiture. Un Guest House a recommander vivement.

Amazing view

Booked a room with balcony and riverview and it was amazing. The room was outdated and needed to be cleaned down and perhaps some painting - but the balcony was truly beautiful. For the price it seems fair. The breakfast was huge and nice with some plates to choose from - especially the pancake was delicious. Besides the plate you choose you will get fruit and a smoothie. Coffee and tea is always available.

Gute, saubere Unterkunft am Nam Ufer

Sehr netter Empfang in einem relativ unscheinbarem Hotel. Sehr angenehm, dass die Zimmer nicht zur stark befahrenen Straße sondern zum Ufer des Nam-Flusses gehen. Daher ruhige Nacht in einem sauberen, angenehmen Guesthouse bei einem guten Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück ist in Ordnung und in der Regel im Preis inbegriffen.
