Texas Tech Visit

We stayed here to check out the Texas Tech campus, and it was perfect for our family! There is a cute coffee place an easy walk away and a nice bus to campus! The home is cozy and has all the things we needed and a wonderful backyard with a great fireplace. Highly recommend!

This cottage was perfect for what I needed. My dogs loved the backyard. 2 suggestions- extend the ceiling fan chains- I’m a shorty and had to use something to pull them and 2nd- Maybe check the backyard for poop. There was quite a bit of poop from previous stays. I really enjoyed my short visit at this cute house. Thanks!

Great location

Comfortable house. Good and fast communication with the owner for the little issues i had that came up during my stay. There is a back house that is also a rental in the backyard, which was a surprise.. but proved to be okay— it just wasn’t listed in the description. Great location.

Cute and Easy

The house was perfect while I visited my daughter at Texas Tech. It was everything that you want while you are away from home for a few days. Bed was comfortable, TV room was homey, the backyard was a nice bonus. Everything worked in the house. And Kevin the owner was very responsive. My only suggestion would be a couple more wine glasses and a new pillow for the guest room. I am a frequent traveler for work and this beats hotel rooms. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great place to stay in Lubbock

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had super comfortable beds. The backyard was a great bonus and a cool place to hang out in the evening. The location is perfect—a quick drive to Texas Tech, and walking distance to J&B Coffee, a grocery store, and Goodline Brewing. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great yard for the dogs but there was dog poop that hadn't been picked up before we got there. We tried to pick it all up. We went for the Wilie Nelson concert. It was great to listen to his album before the concert.

This home is a nice older home in a great neighborhood. What surprised us it that there is an accessory unit on the lot that is rented out on another website. This was not mentioned in the vrbo listing and was a drawback for us. Also I recommend that the cleaners or maintenance staff check the yard, which is artificial turf for dog poop between each rental as there were multiple piles present. Besides these 2 issues, the house was good and well stocked. The beds are comfortable.

Tech Terrace was Awesome!
