Our home is close to Higginbotham Park where you can take a walk or run, take kids to the play ground, play pickle ball, and fish! We’re 1.5 miles from Texas Tech & Lubbock Christian U. Easy access to Loop 289. Grocery stores, library, Keva Juice, restaurants, Alamo Draft House, shopping, and much more are all nearby. We are pet friendly, and include a Weber grill for backyard BBQs. Don’t miss this beautiful home and great location! This 3-bedroom house. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will have a phenomenal night's sleep. We also have a pull-out couch and futon in the living room. The property also features 2 bathrooms with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. In addition, there is a large living room with an extra twin bed rollaway in the Master, that can be rolled into any room for added comfort. Enjoy family time, open kitchen, dining, living area.
