We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Luc-sur-Mer, this charming apartment of 42 m ² with sight sea, vis-a-vis the beach, with a living room of a surface of 24 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. We are waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room with a TV, a sofa bed and a beautiful sea view.
- A kitchen equipped with : toaster, microwave oven, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine dryer, ironing board and iron.

The accommodation is ideally located in the heart of the town of Luc-sur-Mer, classified as a tourist resort. You will be in the immediate vicinity of the sea and all amenities: mini-market, bakery, stores, restaurants...

- Beach of Luc-sur-Mer located at 50 m (1 minute on foot).
- Thalasso des 3 mondes at 300 m (4 minutes on foot).

Little gem on the sea side.

Took a while to find this one, but was delighted with our stay. The view was delightful, the bed was extremely comfortable (especially after a days walking), the sofa (sofa bed)was in great shape (comfortable and relaxing). The table converted into a dining table with great dining views of the sea. The shower and the kitchen worked well, with a lot of touch sensory appliances. There are a few windy steps to negoitate to get to the flat, but it was worth it. Parking was across the road and got a bit busy, but we just parked further from the flat when it was busy. It was a good base to discover the 'Atlantic coast' and all the museums and nearest city (Caen) and the ferry terminal was only 16 minutes away. We think there must of been a storm when we visited, so walking on the beach was reduced, but watching a boiling stormy sea from the window worked well for us. I would recommend this appartment to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Callisto "Very nice stay close to the beach with an awesome sea view in spacious and fully equipped apartment 🙂 The location is great with a beautiful sea view. The beach is literally across the street. The apartment is spacious and has everything you would like to stay for a longer period. There is a lot of light in the apartment because of its three big windows, which is great. The separate bedroom and large kitchen are ideal. The kitchen has everything, including large stove, oven, magnetron, dishwasher, large refrigerator and even a Nespresso coffee maker with pads included. What a nice surprise! I really enjoyed staying at this apartment! It also has a large smart-TV with Netflix so I could watch my own movies and good WIFI. 🙁 You can not park directly at the apartment, so you have to park in public space which is widely available, so no problem at all. But the police at Luc-sur-Mer seem to be very keen on booking tourists for parking at the wrong place, because two times I got a ticket for parking in front of the house to deliver my luggage and some groceries at check-in and also at check-out which really took only like 15 minutes each time..."

Callisto "Le logement est top, à 2min à pied de la plage, on a juste à traverser la route et on y est. Proche aussi de tous les commerces. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos; très propre; il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir bien. A noter quand même qu'il y a beaucoup d'escaliers pour arriver dans l'appartement. Nous avons adoré la vue sur la mer en prenant nos repas, c'etait top!"

Callisto Charmant appartement au dernier étage avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Idéalement placé, proche des commerces de la rue principale et du front de mer. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et avons beaucoup apprécié Luc sur Mer. La ville a fait de nombreux aménagements qui rendent le front de mer très attractif. Nous étions venus également pour mieux connaître l’Histoire du Débarquement de Normandie. Nous voilà ressourcés et pleinement comblés. Luc sur mer, une étape à ne pas manquer!
