De twee gîtes (Clématite en Anémone) liggen ieder aan een andere zijde van het terrein en zijn het hele jaar beschikbaar voor de gasten.
Vanwege de goede bereikbaarheid en centrale ligging in de Morvan vormt Villa Mortaise Gîtes een goede uitvalsbasis voor fiets- en wandeltochten, alsmede tourritten, b.v. met de motor of oldtimer, o.a. Autun, Saulieu, Chalon-sur Saône, Dijon en Beaune bieden culturele en gastronomische hoogtepunten voor een leuke daguitstap.
