Schicke Anlage in einem ungünstigen Umfeld

Anlage schick,Haus zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Sofa alt und abgesessen, Federkern im Rücken und einem alten Überzug versehen!Müsste dringend erneuert werden! Gegenüber der Anlage, nur getrennt durch eine oft befahrene kleine, einspurige Straße, ein Privathaus mit 2 Schäferhunden, wovon einer die ersten 5 Nächte immer wieder aggressiv gebellt hat, danach ab 7 Uhr morgens schon.Zimmer sind zudem recht hellhörig. Also, ausschlafen ist hier nicht möglich und wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier am falschen Platz! Muss man leider so sagen, weil die Anlage sehr schön angelegt und ein toller Pool vorhanden ist!
