Located between Calvi and Ile-Rousse, in the immediate vicinity of the Sant'Ambrioggio marina, the villa U Spanu, modern and air-conditioned, 200 m2, is in the centre of a landscaped garden of 1600m2 with heated swimming pool, sea and mountain view.
150 metres from the Sant'Ambrioggio beach, you will have direct access to the sea, ideal for a family or friends stay.
You will also find the marina and its shops 500 metres away.

The surface of the villa is 200 m2 and consists of 2 levels:

On the Ground Floor:
- 1 living room with fireplace.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, cooking hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher.

Great base and location for group trip

Spacious home near Lumio with the beach and a few restaurants nearby. Host, Alan, was very gracious and answered our questions in a timely manner.Overall, the home was in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, etc for a week stay there with friends. Nice pool area. Bedrooms were good sized.This was a cycling holiday and the roads for riding in the northern Corsica area were fantastic. Owner could provide more paper products (toilet tissue, paper towels, etc).

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa, qui est parfaitement équipée et fidèle aux photos. Son emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Calvi, Lumio, Algajola et l’île rousse. La plage accessible à pied est très agréable et au calme. Merci à Alan pour son accueil, nous avons hâte de pouvoir revenir!

Wirklich ein toller Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr schön. Genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Zum Strand führt ein kleiner Privatweg und von dort ist es noch 1 Minute zum Strand. Mit den Hunden war es kein Problem weil das ganze Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Es war sehr sauber außerdem war es super, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dort hin zurückkehren.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. Villa à 2mn à pied de la plage, un bel atout !! Quartier calme, toutes les commodités sont présentes pour passer un agréable séjour.
