Super unorganized
This establishment is so unorganized. I booked this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for 3 nights. On the check-in day, I got a message from them saying it was not available due to water damage, which is understandable. They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost. From the link they sent me, the new apartment seems like a major downgrade from the previous one; only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I messaged them back to ask for better options or a refund. They totally ignored me until I tried to call them. They said they would give me an answer back but didn't say when. A few minutes later, I got another message from them saying that my reservation has been canceled, by them. They didn't mention anything about a refund, an apology, nothing. I then booked another apartment, which was under the same establishment. I wouldn't have booked it if I knew. And the same thing happened again except they were too lazy to give an excuse this time. All they said was there was an issue with the apartment. Don't bother wasting your time with this establishment unless you want to spend some money on cancelation fees.
