#Notes
A dog lives in the house but will not be present during rentals.
The house has a vegetable garden, where you can pick and enjoy tomatoes when in season.
The independent studio, adjoining the house, is only occupied from September to June (student rental contract). It is therefore unoccupied during the summer months, guaranteeing total peace and quiet during your vacations.

Every room in the house is equipped with an air purifier, to ensure a healthy, fresh and comfortable environment throughout your stay.
What's more, an osmosis water system is installed, offering you perfectly filtered drinking water, right from the kitchen.

Our properties are all inhabited by families, a far cry from the standardized, sanitized properties dedicated solely to rental.
This is what enables us to offer you rare, warm places perfectly equipped for large gatherings and moments of happiness.

#The neighborhood
15 minutes from downtown Lyon, you can easily access all the activities, entertainment, shops and museums of Lyon, while enjoying the greenery of St Cyr Mont d'Or. 5 minutes from the heart of the village, you can visit the pretty village, enjoy the market on Saturday morning, eat some oysters with a glass of wine at the village cafe. Sneakers at the foot, you can also go running or cycling in the Mont d'Or known for their countless forest paths and magnificent views of Lyon.

Tassin la Demi-Lune is considered as the 10th district of Lyon.
10 minutes from downtown Lyon, you can easily access all the activities, leisure, shops and museums of Lyon, while being lost in the middle of the greenery.
