Located in one of Lyon's liveliest and most central neighborhoods, you'll appreciate the location and convenience of this 17 m² apartment on the first floor (no elevator), overlooking a street that's not open to traffic.

You'll have a living area with a 140x190 sofa bed and its recently replaced, comfortable mattress, an HD television, and a lovely, small, open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. You'll also enjoy a modern and spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Ideal for a stay for two or for a business trip to the heart of Lyon.

Fiberglass Wi-Fi is available, and sheets and towels are included.
