This lovely 22 m² studio, with its zen-inspired touches, is situated on the ground floor of a small block of flats and overlooks a peaceful inner courtyard.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable 140x190 double bed with an HD TV, a small kitchenette equipped with everything you need for cooking, a table for two for your meals, and a lovely, spacious and modern bathroom with a shower.
Please note: the flat has no windows, but the large glazed tilt-and-turn front door allows for good air circulation. A ventilation system is also provided to ensure your comfort.
Ideal for a peaceful stay, it combines practicality, simplicity and comfort.

You’ll enjoy a 140x190 double bed, an HD TV, a table for two people and a practical, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a small fridge, an induction hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine and kitchen utensils.

Comply with the building's internal regulations.
Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Energy savings:
Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment.
Keep the apartment in good condition:
When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being.
Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns:
We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes:
Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors.
Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.).
Temporary breakdown of the building's elevator.
Unpredictable breakdowns of equipment or appliances, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb. We are unable to predict such incidents in advance.
Internet outages attributable to the provider or network degradation, whether inside or outside the building.

Tenant responsibility:
