Muito ruim, lamentável, eu comprei pela nota no site, mas essa não é a realidade encontrada, na recepção o funcionário queria cobrar por uma reserva já paga, depois de muito insistência desistiu e deixou para o outro dia, mais ele sábia que estava paga pois nos deu um quarto com a configuração certa inclusive no último andar de escadas pois segundo ele não tinha outro quarto com essa configuração mais baixo mesmo o hotel estando completamente vazio (tinham 4 carros no estacionamento e 4 pessoas no café da manhã. Quarto limpo, mais o chuveiro elétrico não saia água estava entupido, não deu para tomar uma ducha depois de 5 horas de estrada. O ar condicionado não deixa as pessoas dormirem tal o barulho que faz em funcionamento. ar de parede (totalmente obsoleto) para quem gosta de TV só temos a RECORD não pega outro canal. Para completar o desastre o café da manhã muito fraco com produtos requentados, frutas sem qualidades, frios de baixa procedência. A parte boa deve ser área de laser mas hotel não é só isso.

Excelente para quem viaja com crianças. Todo o espaço do hotel parece ter sido pensado para elas. Desde a piscina, até os bichos que fascinam os pequenos, além do restaurante no local. Só deixa a desejar na agilidade do atendimento ao restaurante, porque o número de funcionários é claramente insuficiente para a demanda.

A equipe do hotel é prestativa e empática, o quarto é amplo, o café da manhã é bom (as fotos no site não fazem jus, são 4 mesas de alimentos), a piscina é boa e a sauna complementa. O restaurante possui opções acessíveis e boa qualidade. Existe um aviário com a presença de diversos pássaros exoticos, incluindo Emus, calopsitas, etc. A limpeza não é um destaque. Os pisos são manchados e o banheiro estava com a janela e o blindex encardidos, também sem cheiro de limpeza.

O café da manhã é "simples", mas tem boa variedade. Café, leite, suco (2 opções), iogurte, chá, bolos, biscoitos, pães salgados e doces, frios (3 opções), frutas (3 opções). Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto estava limpo e a cama é confortável, não gostei do chuveiro, era elétrico e a água caia muito "espalhada" quase não molhava a gente. A piscina precisa de mais atenção, não estava 100% limpa, dava pra usar, mas a água estava um pouco turva. Os preços do bar do cardápio são bons e as porções dentro do esperado.
