Minha experiência foi péssima. Nunca mais me hospedo naquele lugar e nem recomendo para ninguém. Hotel mofado, toalhas encardidas e a arrumação do quarto não é feita diariamente. O café da manha tem muita coisa mal feita; o restaurante não funciona bem, pois o atendimento sempre demora muito e é sem qualidade. Enfim, nada é bom.

Serviços bem fracos!

Positivo: Quarto grande; ar condicionado gelou bem; e próximo do Macapá Shopping. Negativo: Cama ruim; lençol fino; sem manta; não oferece shampoo e condicionador; café da manhã bem fraco e sem gosto; não tem leite gelado; só suco de caju. Fiquei bem desconfortável com a INFLEXIBILIDADE e a FALTA DE VONTADE da recepcionista Emanuele que não me liberou permanecer até às 12h30 no checkout, solicitei APENAS 30 minutos de tolerância, pois meu voo era às 15h e não fui atendido! Espero que o gerente e o proprietário repensem sobre isso, afinal de contas SERVIÇO É MUITO IMPORTANTE!

Alors que nous arrivions très tôt et que l'entrée à l'hôtel devait seffectuer à 14h, le personnel présent à refusé que nous déposions nos sacs. Nous avons donc dû nous promener en attendant l'heure avec les sacs sur le dos. Personnel plus agréable le lendemain.

Péssima

Fiquei hospedada 6 dias nesse hotel, a cama em si eu gostei porém a pia do banheiro estava entupida! Por ser um hotel considerado 3 estrelas achei muito precário o kit de banho somente um mini sabonete, minúsculo e durante os 6 dias que fiquei hospedada só tive um que foi no dia que entrei no quarto! O atendimento precário tirando o homem que eu não sei o nome mas que faz sempre a parte noturna, juntamente com seu colega de cabelos grisalhos, eles foram super atenciosos! Café da manhã limitado! Não recomendo pelo valor da diária!!!

Fiquei hospedado por 4 diárias. O hotel está necessitando de reformas urgentes. O cardápio do restaurante simplesmente percebi preços bem elevados, o que não me motivou a pedir nada do hotel e sim consumir tudo externamente. Café da manhã sem maiores exaltações de qualidade. Quarto com odor ruim e que tive que me adaptar. Sinceramente, se algum dia novamente em Macapá/AP, acho que não tenho o menor dos motivos para me hospedar nesse hotel novamente.
