The check-in process, room, and staff were excellent. The only thing I didn't like about this place was that there were some smoking floors, and you could smell the cigarette smoke strongly in the lifts, as well as the heavy use of air fresheners in other areas to cover the smell.

Overall stay was good. Staff at Hotel was helpful to assist on our check-in. We encountered inconvenience during check-in because the agent who represent Hotels.com did not provide documentations of our booking confirmation to the Hotel which cause a long delay in getting ourselves check-in. Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.
