Boa estadia

O hotel é novo e o quarto muito confortável, embora a proximidade com a piscina e Boulevard cause desconforto pelo barulho. O serviço na piscina pode ser mais ágil. Adqurir a meia pensão vale a pena. A praia é belíssima e o beach club ótimoe preços razoáveis. A academia pode melhorar.

Foi razoável, O resort se intitula 5 estrelas, porém tá longe de ser. Hotéis com valores similares possuem qualidade superior. O Quarto é muito bom e a limpeza dos quartos é impecável. Porém levem repelente tem muita mosca e pernilongos. Quanto a comida. Jantar é bom a noite italiana é a melhor, as outras é um repeteco de arroz e macarrão com as mesmas frutas e doces semelhantes que foram descongelados para servir. O café é fraco, pães são duros e frutas algumas passadas. Das 4 diárias somente um dia teve pão de queijo a coberturas do bolos parecem achocolatado. Vamos ao prato cheio: petiscos de piscina. Porçao de batata semelhante ao do McDonald's por 36 reais.. porção de frango, muita carcaça por 44,00 ambos aparentemente de 200g. Quando reclamei o gerente frizou ser coxa e sobrecoxa mas não veio nada disso se foi a coxa foi a parte debaixo cortada que nós serviam. Até me ofereceram um complemento, mas sinceramente.. a impressão ruim ficou. Preços elevados do frigobar e outros pratos. Solicitei um almoço para serviço de quarto 58,00 tiras de carne com batata frita, arroz e feijão. Que sinceramente, é difícil. A aparência feia, porção grosseira!!! Foi minha primeira e última vez no resort. Precisa melhorar muito pra chegar a 4 estrelas. Pra quem está acostumado a ficar em resort no nordeste sente a diferença de serviço.

Comentários negativos caíram por terra! Amei !

Confesso que fiquei receosa com alguns comentários negativos, mas a estada foi excelente. Limpeza das piscinas, apto, serviço de quarto, atendimento em geral, barraca de praia, restaurantes terceirizados. Tudo aprovadíssimo! Não peguei meia pensão, pois os comentários sobre a comida não eram bons e tb achei o valor alto. A praia é uma das melhores que já fui no Brasil. Interessante levar pé de macaco para entrar no mar, pois os primeiros metros têm muitas pedras, mas nada que impeça de aproveitar. Qto à água viva, vimos apenas uma na praia. A água do mar é extremamente quente e isso realmente atrai essa espécie. Mas isso pode acontecer em qq lugar de água morna. O café da manhã é excepcional. Voltarei com certeza.

Satisfatório

Estadia tranquila, boas refeições, Quarto e demais ambientes agradáveis! Tem recreação para as crianças, música ao vivo à noite, academia, spa e sala de jogos. Usamos tudo e aprovamos. A única queixa que tenho é no bar da piscina que pedi um filé com fritas e não recebi e quando fui perguntar sobre a demora deram a informação que já tinha sido servido provavelmente em outra mesa, embora estivesse lançado em minha comanda. No final não cobraram, mas fiquei bem chateada na hora com a situação. Fora isso, os 5 dias que passamos foi ótimo.

Resort iniciante

Hotel novo, muito bom, com uma piscina grande e que as crianças conseguem brincar (máximo 1,2m). Guarda vidas o tempo todo. Alguns pontos de melhoria: Consumo é bem caro: cerveja R$15, uma água, R$8. Refeição tem tempo de reposição muito grande, seja no café, almoço ou jantar. Há 2 ilhas de serviço, porém têm diferenças uma da outra, isso gera trânsito de pessoas o tempo todo. Não há atendimento suficiente. Chefe coloca muito cominho na comida. Atendimento na piscina é bom, quando tem. Equipe de recreação tem presença, mas a programação fica só lá na recepção, onde ninguém vai após entrar no hotel. Nesse resort tem aqueles vendedores de títulos. Chato demaaaaaais. Resumindo, um resort tem como diferencial o atendimento. Porém aqui o atendimento precisa melhorar.
