Dissapointing welcome

After a long journey we arrived at 4am at the hotel, but instead of welcoming us the receptionist told us we should not have been able to make a reservation because the hotel was fully booked (we booked the night before). Than he said there was one room available with two single beds instead of the double from the description. The hotel itself is worn and the beds are not very comfortable. The next day they did accomodate me though when I asked for a chair in the room. But all in all would not recommend.

Old, Dirty and no wifi in Rooms

They advertise as having wifi in the rooms but there is no signal and they just made excuses. Very old and dirty. Would not recommend staying there. Johnny DaSilveira

BARULHENTO DEMAIS

Hotel MEGA BARULHENTO. Tinha um hotel do lado que tinha música ao vivo, então parecia que estava dentro do quarto. Dava pra escutar o barulho dos carros passando e até do vento. Não foi um hotel bom pra descansar. O café da manhã apesar de opções, achei fraco. O suco era super aguado, tinha um leve gosto bem longe da fruta. Achei um descaso com os hóspedes servir suco daquela forma. Não recomento, pelo valor da pra ficar em algo melhorzinho.

NÃO VOLTO E NÃO INDICO

O hotel está decadente. Elevadores sem câmeras, antigos e prendendo os clientes. Mesmo avisando, eles não tomam providências. Não ligam para o cliente. O café da manhã era a mesma coisa todos os dias, não tinha uma qualidade tão boa. A piscina não era limpa e podia consumir bebida alcóolica, ou seja, sempre tinha alguém derrubando uma cerveja nela. Ficou impraticável de levar meu filho. Além disso, o WIFI não pegava nas televisões ou no computador. Simplesmente não conectada. A área kids, apesar de ter um ar-condicionado, nunca achavam o controle e sempre diziam que o plantonista colocou em um local errado e ninguém achava. Enfim, meu filho não brincou por que era super quente. O serviço de camareira era bem "ok", reclamei por três dias que não haviam colocado a toalha de rosto e fiquei sem até findar a estadia. Não tinha estacionamento, apesar de antes de reservar eu ligar e confirmarem que tinha. Enfim.. bem decepcionada. Não volto e nem indico.

Falta de respeito

Esse foi o pior hotel que já fiquei. Mofo, sujeira, muito ruim. O atendimento foi péssimo. Depois de 2 horas esperando na recepção , com uma recepcionista que fez de tudo para atrasar a nossa hospedagem, irônica , mandou que esperássemos a camareira ir no quarto que tínhamos recebido a chave, para verificar a cortina e o cheiro de mofo, para só então depois de ela disponibilizasse aquele quarto para outro hóspede, aí sim providenciaria um quarto para nós. Duas horas na recepção. Os outros não eram muito diferente ar sujo,, cheiro ruim, paredes descascando, hotel mal cuidado x funcionários de mal com tudo. Devem remunerar muito mal os funcionários para que eles descontem suas frustrações nos clientes. Muitos hóspedes reclamando no café da manhã.
