We booked hotel because it advertised a nice pool and hot tub. But, when we checked we saw a sign saying they were broke, and has been for a week. Loudest hotel we ever stayed in. Walls are paper thin and we heard our neighbors until 5 am. No coffee maker in room.

This stay was convenient in the closeness to the Energy Center but otherwise not good. The sheets had stains on them, the front desk staff was not knowledgeable, the halls smelt like marijuana, and the staff seemed like they were high!

Pool closed

The pool was closed when we got there, we booked the hotel to go to the pool with the family. There was no disclosure when booking that the pool was closed, only found out when we got there. The lobby was very dirty and seemed like a lot of people living at this hotel. Would not recommend

Property had a strong skunk smell. Property had many random visitors in the lobby area. Guests were seen smoking inside. We were woken up by guests yelling and the police arresting someone.

Not safe

I left my belongings in my room while I was away for work for the day. I came back to stuff unpacked, moved around and most definitely not the way I had it. I felt violated. Also lots of not so pleasant people around, smelt of weed all throughout the hallways. One of the two nights I was there. Some people were screaming and cussing each other at 1am! Running, screaming and cussing up and down the hallways. I felt so uncomfortable after that.
