Summary:
Located in the heart of Downtown Sun Prairie, this two bedroom apartment is within walking distance to all the best shopping and dining! The unit is fully stocked with kitchenware, bedding, towels, and basic supplies. (Starter supplies of bedding, towels, and basic supplies are provided)

The Space:
The space is fully updated with brand new flooring, and appliances, and boasts trendy furnishings!

Guest Access:
Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit 1 day before their check-in. Guest may park in the back lot or utilize street parking. Please note that street parking is not free on Saturdays.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is located on the square in downtown Sun Prairie and is walkable to shopping, dining and is right across the street from a local coffee shop!

Getting Around:
Many taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.

Other Things to Note:
Ample street parking available for use. On Saturdays in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) there will be a farmers market setting up in the morning. You will not be able to park in front of the patio on Friday nights/Saturday mornings.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.

Interaction with Guests:
This unit is professionally managed by Patriot Properties. Please communicate directly through your booking platforms messaging system. If necessary, call the main office line to contact management, after hours emergency information will be available at the main office number.

Graduation for daughter

We had a wonderful stay here and thoroughly enjoyed Sun Prairie. It was perfect for the UW Madison graduation we were here for. It was just far enough to be out of the craziness in Madison but close enough to get back and forth. And the condo was so nice!!! Everyone loved it!!

Horse Fair getaway

The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We had one minor issue with the smoke detector and it was fixed very quickly. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Lovely coffee house and bar nearby. The host is quite friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend it and if we come back next year, will check in again.

Excellent experience, location and property

This property was a great place to stay for a visit to Madison and the surrounding area. We booked for our trip to Sun Prairie as well as a day of skiing at Cascade Mountain in Portage. Sun Prairie is a great place to stay that gives easy access to many of the attractions in the area and provides a great home base. The propery itself was exactly as described and has plenty of room for a family. With two bedrooms and bathrooms to make sure everyone is comfortable. It was clean and Chris was great with communication and made sure we had all we needed. Do yourself a favor and walk across the parking lot to Beans & Cream for coffee and breakfast burrito in the morning.

Cute Place in Sun Prairie Wi

My family stayed here over Christmas and it was a great place to stay. Bedrooms and baths were nice. The kitchen and family room were perfect to hang out for the 4 of us. This place would be even better in the summer with the farmers market going on!

Great location, sure beats a hotel.

I have stayed at Market Square 2 times now. For me it is a very central location as my family lives in Waunakee and Cottage Grove. The property is very clean and the communication from the owner is excellent.

Great location, clean, comfortable. Loved the walkable neighborhood, especially walking to coffee in the morning! 2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms was also great. There’s some street noise so if you’re a light sleeper probably not the best spot for you. But, we slept well and loved it!

Good Stay

It’s was overall a great stay. For some reason we did have someone knock on our door in the middle of the night and when we opened the door no one was there. Don't know if it’s just teens pulling a prank… but very spacious, comfortable, and clean.

This property met our basic needs. Fortunately our stay was short. We have some suggestions and comments to improve customer service. There is no light switch by the front door -- we had to search using the flashlights on our phones. Only 1 light bulb above sinks in bathroom -- an issue for older adults like us. No decaf coffee. No wastebaskets in bathrooms. Only 1 pillow per person. Volume on TV in living room did not adjust.

Biking get away

Property could have been cleaner (dusty) and kitchen better stocked with glasses, mixing bowls and dish towels. Buildings parking was cumbersome and was located in a very busy gathering area for locals. (noisy past 10pm)

Before school starts getaway

Was an awesome location to base at for 3 days. We went to 3 different locations ranging from 45 minutes to an hour away each day. Was just as described. Nice coffee shop right next door as well as some good places to eat within walking distance. Check in was very easy and the the host is very responsive in answering any questions we had.

Nice location in downtown Sun Prairie

This is a nice spot in the downtown square area of Sun Prairie. Several restaurants and bars close by as well as little shop on main Street, all within walking distance. The apartment fit our family well and Chris was responsive and communicated the required information needed for check in/out in a timely manner.

Perfect location

Great place with all you need for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, pristine and had a well stocked kitchen. The location on the quaint town square with coffee shop was amazing. We woke up to a farmers market which was a real treat. We definitely plan to return.
