Upon entering the room, it had clothes and stuff everywhere. Also there was a dog and cat in the room. The window was ground level and did not have a lock…just slid open. Constant running around in room above.

Checked in to room 109, toilet wouldn’t flush, no chain attached to flapper, shower did not work either. Curious as to why the cleaning staff for the rooms didn’t notice this when they cleaned the toilet and shower as they would have needed water to clean the tub and would have flushed after cleaning the toilet. Also the exit door 3/4 of the way down the right side of the building wouldn’t open from the inside or the outside, bit of a fire hazard.
